By accessing or using Data to Visuals (“the app”, “the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of service
Data to Visuals is a free, browser-based dashboard and charting tool that processes spreadsheet files (CSV, Excel) entirely on your device. The service is provided “as is” at no charge and does not require an account to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Process data you do not have the right to access or use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the availability of the service
- Use automated tools to generate excessive requests
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Intellectual property
All source code, design, and content of the app (excluding your own data files) remain the property of Data to Visuals and its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your data
Files you upload are processed exclusively within your browser. We claim no ownership over the data in your files. You remain solely responsible for the content you process using the service and for ensuring you have the right to use that data.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data to Visuals and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party services
The app may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
